After earning my psychology honours degree from Rhodes University in South Africa, I moved to London to work and travel. During my time in London, I discovered my passion for nutrition, health, and food. I subsequently qualified as a dietitian through the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2016.

With three years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, I currently work part-time at a private bariatric hospital. My expertise spans working with both adults and children, addressing a variety of nutritional needs and health goals.

I find immense joy in partnering with my clients to achieve their health objectives, whether it’s reaching a goal weight, managing medical concerns, addressing fussy eating, controlling diabetes, or simply gaining more structure and knowledge.

My approach is holistic, taking into account each person’s daily struggles and environment to implement sustainable, long-lasting changes. My background in psychology greatly enhances my ability to support my clients effectively.

In my spare time, I love being outdoors with my husband, kids, and dog. I enjoy hiking, visiting the beach, running, traveling, and reading.
