Meet Bianca Bicknell, Registered Dietitian
My Journey
After earning my psychology honours degree from Rhodes University in South Africa, I moved to London to work and travel. During this time, I discovered my passion for nutrition, health, and food. That passion led me to pursue further studies, and in 2016, I qualified as a dietitian through the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

My Experience
With years of clinical experience, I have supported both adults and children in managing a wide variety of nutritional needs. My work has spanned:
-
Weight management and lifestyle change
-
Managing chronic medical conditions (such as diabetes and heart disease)
-
Digestive health and food allergies
-
Fussy eating in children
-
Building structure and confidence around food choices

My Approach
I find immense joy in partnering with my clients to achieve their health goals — whether that’s reaching a goal weight, managing a medical concern, or simply feeling more in control of food choices.
My approach is holistic: I consider daily struggles, environment, and lifestyle to create sustainable, long-lasting change. My psychology background gives me a unique ability to support intuitive eating, emotional eating, and mindset shifts around food.
Beyond Work
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors with my husband, kids, and dog. I love hiking, visiting the beach, running, travelling, and reading. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me that food and health are about balance, enjoyment, and living fully.
