After qualifying at Rhodes University, South Africa, with a psychology honours degree, I moved to London to work and travel. While in London, I found my passion for nutrition, health and food! I qualified as a dietitian through the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2016. I have been working in a clinical setting for the past three years and currently work part time for a private bariatric hospital. I have experience working with adults as well as with children.

I love working with people and find this the most rewarding aspect of my job- partnering with my clients to reach their health goal- whether that's reaching your goal weight, medical concerns, fussy eating, diabetes, needing more structure, knowledge gain, ideas etc!
I believe in understanding a persons daily struggles and environment, as a whole, in order to implement sustainable and long lasting change. I believe my psychology background also helps with this.

In my spare time I love being outdoors- especially with my husband, kids and dog in tow! I enjoy hiking, the beach, going for runs, travelling and reading.
